Third-Party Service Data
- Ray-Ban Meta Glasses: We connect to your Ray-Ban Meta glasses through Meta's Device Access Toolkit (DAT). This connection is managed by Meta's services and is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Gemini AI: If you enable Gemini Live integration, video frames and audio may be sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (live streaming, photo capture, etc.)
- To authenticate and connect with third-party streaming platforms of your choice

- Face Overlay: Can be enabled or disabled in App Settings. When disabled, no face detection is performed.
- Gemini AI: Requires explicit API key configuration. No data is sent to Gemini unless you provide your own API key and activate the feature.
- Streaming Platforms: You control which platforms to connect and can disconnect at any time.
- Permissions: Camera, microphone, and Bluetooth permissions can be revoked through iOS Settings at any time.
Managing Permissions
You can manage App permissions through your iOS device settings: Settings > AIGlasses > Permissions. You may also revoke OAuth permissions for connected streaming platforms through their respective account settings.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
